Position Overview
We are curating a roster of data-driven growth marketing experts for upcoming openings with progressive international digital agencies and e-commerce scale-ups. This pool splits into specialized media buyers and technical SEO strategists who know how to convert traffic into direct revenue.
What you'll do
Core Potential Responsibilities
- Structure, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across major ad networks (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads).
- Execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to build organic web authority.
- Monitor, audit, and analyze campaign traffic analytics to maximize conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor gap analyses, and work alongside creative content teams.
What we're looking for
What We Look For (Vetting Criteria)
- Verifiable track record managing paid ad budgets or owning technical SEO execution for mid-market/enterprise brands.
- Deep proficiency in SEMrush, AHrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and Google Ads Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to transform raw metrics into clear stakeholder reports.
- Preferably with eCommerce experience
